By placing any material, including photographs or videos, on lvcitylife.com ("User Content"), you represent and warrant: (1) you own or otherwise have all necessary rights to the User Content you provide and the rights to provide it; and, (2) the User Content will not cause injury to any person or entity. Users shall not post content which is copyright, trademarked or not their original work. Users agree by placing material on lvcitylife.com to indemnify and hold harmless Stephens Media LLC from the breach of any warrant or representation in this agreement.
For all User Content you post, upload, or otherwise make available you grant Stephens Media LLC, its affiliates and related entities, its affiliated newspapers, Web sites, and broadcast stations, a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive right and fully sub-licensable license to use, copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, publicly perform, publicly display, modify, adapt, translate, archive, store, and create derivative works from such User Content, in any form, format, or medium, of any kind now known or later developed.
You agree that Stephens Media LLC will not review User Content before it is posted and shall have the right (but not the obligation), in its sole discretion, to remove, in its sole discretion, any User Content for any reason.
User Content shall not include photos of children under the age of 13 unless you are the parent or legal guardian of such child or have written permission to post such content.
Users of this Service shall not post defamatory, libelous, obscene, pornographic material or any material of a commercial nature which advertises a business.
Users agree that no consideration will be paid for any User Content by Stephens Media LLC.
